Aim to be with us 15 minutes before your pickup time — so leave the ship about 25 minutes before.
The whole route is flat and paved, with a sidewalk the entire way. No steps and no hills.
Turn left and do not cross the street. Stay on the ocean side.
You will pass vendors, taxis and people selling. Keep going until you see the gas station.
Once you see the Pemex gas station, you are going the right way. Keep on the sidewalk.
You will see Royal Village Mall.
That is where you cross the street.
Once you cross, we are here — waiting in your vehicle, with a sign holding your name. The board reads Visit Cozumel Shuttles & Tours — that is us.
